Your initial evaluation will include an assessment of factors that may affect your balance and discussion between you and your therapist on how to address these limitations. Therapeutic exercise and neuromuscular re-education may be used to target your physiological systems, including vision, somatosensory, and musculoskeletal, in order to improve your balance across various surfaces and activities.

We will assess your range of motion, strength, flexibility, and posture to determine how they may be affecting your balance as well as perform a comprehensive gait analysis.

Our goal is to improve your balance, to decrease your risk of falling, and improve your overall quality of life.
